You may hire an attorney to represent you. If you are charged with a misdemeanor and cannot afford an attorney, you may apply to have one appointed for you at your arraignment.

You may be required to present picture identification in court.

Be Prepared To Pay
At the conclusion of your appearance in court, be prepared to pay your fine in full.
Arrive On Time
At the start of every session, the Court provides an advisement video or brochure explaining your rights. It is important to arrive on time. It may take up to two (2) hours to complete your traffic court appearance.
Interpreter
Interpreter services are available. Notify the court immediately to make the necessary arrangements.
Dress Code
Wear appropriate attire. Before entering the Courtroom, hats and sunglasses should be removed. Cell phones must be turned off in court.
