All civil discovery disputes (except those in Family, Probate, Limited Jurisdiction, and Complex Civil cases) will first be heard by a Civil Discovery Commissioner.

The Court’s Discovery Facilitator program is available but no longer mandatory. Please review the Discovery Facilitator Program page and Standing Order 4.4 for more information. The Local Rules concerning use of the Discovery Facilitator program still apply. Please review the Discovery Facilitator Program page before filing your Motion.

Hearings will be conducted in Department 57, Room 102, Wakefield Taylor Courthouse, Wednesdays and Fridays, at 9:00 a.m.

The Court waives notice of parties appearing remotely via Zoom. CourtCall is not permitted. Parties do not need to file a Notice of Remote Appearance (Form RA-010), but must serve the notice as set forth in Rule 3.672 unless the parties have stipulated to waive notice.
