The Contra Costa Superior Court is fully committed to making our website accessible to all users and meets the guidelines established in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act Amendment of 1973. Any device or software capable of displaying Web content can access information from the court’s website, including text-only browsers, audio browsers, screen reading and screen magnification software.

Portions of this site use audio and video files in addition to text. However, all content that is contained in these presentations can also be found within the text areas of this site. If some of these presentations are believed to convey information not readily available in other areas of the site, a full transcript of the presentation will be offered in a link alongside the link for the video clip.

Some of the forms available on this website are in fillable PDF format. The form instructions are also in PDF format. If you need any forms or directions in an alternative format, please contact us.
