The best source of information about court services is this website. In addition, the court has created a telephone tree with recorded messages about most of the court services you may need. When you call (925) 646-4099:

FIRST, you will be asked to chose a language  Selection Option

NEXT, it will say “For Jury Reporting Instructions”     Press 1
If you do not want Jury Reporting Instructions, please stay on the line. There will be a long pause before the reader says:
  • The best source for information, directions, and court services is at our website at www.cc-courts.org.
  • Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  • The jury services office is open and will answer phone calls between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm.
