Filings, Fees, and Forms: In this court you can file small claim, traffic, landlord/tenant, and domestic violence restraining order cases. Clerks accept payment of filing fees, traffic fines and fees, and sell court forms. People with limited jurisdiction civil cases may drop off their forms to be filed in Concord, as long as their next hearing or filing deadline is at least 3 court days later. If you have less time than that, you must file your civil forms in Martinez at 725 Court Street, Room 103. Dates and Times: Court Houses open to the public at 8:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM. Monday through Friday except on court holidays, (Security will not allow early or late entry. )
Filing Clerk windows open to the public at 8:00 AM and close at 2:00 PM. Drop Box Location: (for after-hours drop-offs)
The drop box is located outside the front entrance to the building. Please make sure your name, address, phone number, and case number are clearly noted on any payments or correspondence that you place in the drop box. NOTE: Any document deposited in this drop box between
