Postponement Instructions

Jurors can ask for their service to be delayed (postponed) up to 90 days from the date
they are originally summoned to appear.

These requests are granted automatically ONE TIME ONLY.
 

Requests for delay longer than 90 days can only be granted in unusual circumstances. To have your request considered, you must provide detailed information in writing.
